There are a number of functions available to you for the administration and structuring of your data sources:
Creating a folder structure
You can create a folder structure to make it easier to manage your data sources. Click the "create new folder" button, give the new folder a name and, if desired, a description, select the target directory for the new folder and then click "OK".
Opening a data source
To open the selected data source directly in the associated CP-Suite module, click the "open data source" icon.
Edit data source / folder
Select the data source or folder to be edited. With the "edit data source / folder" button you can change the name or description of a folder; for an existing data source it is only possible to edit the description. To change the name of a data source, you will have to make a backup of that data source (see 'Backups' section) and read in the backup with a different name (see 'Registering Data Sources' section).
Delete data source / folder
Select the data source or folder to be deleted and click the "delete data source / folder" button. A selected data source will be physically removed from the SQL Server.
