Editing Time Settings

To edit existing "CP time span" and "Period of validity" time rules in a section share assignment, you can use the "Move time rules" function.

A dialogue opens with a list of all the available section share assignments. You can use the function on any number of section shares simultaneously. To do so, select the desired assignments in the upper pane.

All the saved time rules for the "CP time span" and the "Period of validity" are listed. To create a new time rule, click "Create CP time span" or "Create period of validity" as desired and define the time rule.

Then select the desired time rule and click "Apply rule". This will apply the selected time span to all the selected section share assignments.

To delete an existing time rule, click "Delete periods of validity". You can only delete time spans that are not being used.
