Filters

In each dimension, you can define a filter for the available dimension elements. You can see whether any filters have been set in a dimension by whether the filter symbol is active.

Setting a filter

To open the filter selection dialogue, click the filter symbol in the desired dimension.

Then select the desired dimension elements. To narrow down the list of dimension elements, you can enter a character string in the search box. To invert a selection, click the "Invert selection" button. You can select dimension elements or cancel your selection in the list at the top.

Managing filters

To save or load filters, click the "Manage filters" button for the sales or product organisation.

You can now save the current filter or load a previously saved filter. When saving a filter, give it a meaningful name and specify whether the filter should be made public.

Filter overview

You can display all the filters set in your sales or product structure in the filter overview. To do so, click the "Show all active filters" button. In the filter overview, you can clear individual filters or all filters at once.
