Comprehensive Shares

In the upper section you will find an overview of all the users with comprehensive shares.

In the lower section you can specify which roles should have a comprehensive share in the CP-Suite. For the Root role, the administration right ("Administrate" function) is predefined. To assign a role to a selected function, select the role from the available "free roles" and then click the arrow button.

The following comprehensive functions can be set:

Administrate: Administration share

Audit: Use of the "Audit overview" function (the record of all actions carried out in the CP-Control Center)

Manage currencies: Administration of the CP-Suite currency module (CP-Sales, CP-Finance)

Import Qlik content: The right to import Qlik dashboards

Share Qlik content: The right to share Qlik content via the Web Client

Import Power BI content: The right to import Power BI content for display in the Web Client

Share Power BI content: The right to share Power BI content via the Web Client

Create reporting projects: The right to create Reporting Studio projects in the Web Client

Publish reporting projects: The right to publish Reporting Studio projects in the Web Client

Share reporting projects: The right to share Reporting Studio projects via the Web Client

Edit reporting stylesheets: Create/edit/delete Reporting Studio stylesheets via the Web Client

Upload external documents: The right to upload external documents in the Web Client

Publish external documents: The right to publish external documents in the Web Client

Share external documents: The right to share external documents in the Web Client

Publish folders: The right to publish folders in the Web Client

Share folders: The right to share public folders in the Web Client
