Audit Overview

    

Please note:

For this function to be available, you must first select the "Audit" function in CP-Config, the CP-Server configuration tool. The user also needs to belong to a role with "Administrate" and "Audit" rights (see 'Comprehensive Shares' section).

 

Important:

Since this function records personal data, please check your company's data protection guidelines first!

 

 

The "Audit overview" provides a record of all the actions carried out in the CP-Control Center, e.g. users created, licences assigned, function shares created, and so forth. For each action listed in the overview, further details are retained, e.g.:

 

•date / time
•user name
•category
•module
•etc.
