Update Data Source

    

After installing a CP-Suite update that is associated with a new database version, all registered data sources must be updated to the new database version. This normally happens automatically on starting the application server (CP-Server) for the first time.

 

Please note:

If an outdated database version is used, e.g. after loading a backup, the data source can no longer be opened. An error message to that effect will be displayed in the respective client.

 

To update the database version manually, select the required data source and click the "Update data source" button.
