Database

On the "Database" page, you can make the following settings:

Database:

Connection string for the database server and the administration database.

To change the connection settings, click on the "..." button on the right. This opens the database connection settings dialogue. If the "CPSERVER_REPOSITORY" administration database cannot be found, it will be generated automatically when CP-Server starts up.

Database prefix:

If you specify a prefix here, all new databases created on the SQL Server will have that prefix.

Minimum number of open database connections:

Minimum number of open connections to a database.

Verify backup integrity:

This option checks all backups and reports any errors.

Automatic shrinking:

This option shrinks all databases automatically.
