Integration

On the "Integration" page, you can make the following settings:

CP-Connectivity Express

Database: In this field, enter the connection string for access to the database. Click the button on the right to generate the connection string.

DMS voucher display

Column name:

The column name specifies the column that contains the voucher ID for the voucher display. This will then be used when the voucher display is called up.

Command line:

In this field, specify the program for the voucher display.

DMS voucher display (web)

If you select "Enable voucher display via web", the DMS voucher display described above will be disabled. All settings for the CP-Suite and the Web Client are then made via the following parameters:

Column name ID:

In this column, the value for the hyperlink to the document is stored.

Column name URL:

In this column, the unique URL of the document in the data warehouse is stored.

Select CP-Sever as voucher proxy:

With this option, CP-Server acts as a voucher proxy and accesses the data warehouse via the "Column name URL" parameter.

Use service user for authentication:

With this option, a DMS user can be configured to access the voucher system.

User name for voucher system:

User for the DMS voucher system.

Password for voucher system:

Password for the DMS user.
