For the Qlik Sense server to be available to the Corporate Planner Suite, the following settings are required.
CP-Setup Guide After a successful CP-Server installation, the CP-Setup Guide will start automatically. The CP-Setup Guide makes sure that the system is properly configured in order to run smoothly. If you selected the Qlik Sense Server feature in the CP-Server installation, the CP-Setup Guide will take you through the configuration of the Qlik Sense Server.
Enter the required data here, such as the name, organisation, licence key and control number (optional: LEF). During the integrity check that follows, the Qlik auto-configuration will be carried out with the data you have entered and the values will be transferred to CP-Config.
Licence assignment in the CP-Control Center For details relating to licence assignment in the CP-Control Center, please refer to the CP-Control Center manual Ú "Licences". Licences for access to Qlik Sense dashboards are assigned in the "CP-Dashboard" module.
Importing Qlik dashboards To use Qlik dashboards in the Corporate Planner Suite, you must first import the desired dashboards. In this process, the imported dashboards will be stored in the CP-Suite content database (content.db) so that they are available within the CP-Suite. For details on importing Qlik dashboards in the CP-Control Center, please refer to the CP-Control Center manual Ú "Licences (new licensing model)".
Select the desired sheets (dashboards) from the available streams (shares) and the associated apps (data models), and click "Import Qlik dashboards". All successfully imported dashboards are marked in the "Imported" column.
Sharing dashboards in the Web Client In the Corporate Planner Web Client Share view you can define role-based access to the imported dashboards. For details, please refer to the Corporate Planner Web Client manual Ú "Web Client Portal" Ú "Editing Shares".
