Web Client Specify the timeout for requests to the Web Client server in milliseconds (default: 60 seconds).
CP-Workflow Enter the address here for access to CP-Workflow.
Client-Server Communication The web module of the CP-Suite is used for communication between the application server (CP-Server) and the clients (Full Client, Web Client). Enter the address here for accessing the CP-Suite web module. If the http module is to be accessed via SSL (https), you must enter the SSL certificate fingerprint as well. For details on SSL access, please read SSL.
If you access the application server via the internet (e.g. via Web Client), we recommend enabling the option "safe internet mode".
When you restart CP-Server with admin rights, the commands for reserving the specified URL and adding the SSL certificate will run automatically. To register the certificate manually, run the following commands in the command prompt:
To reserve the URL: netsh http add urlacl url={url} user={username}
To add the SSL certificate: netsh http add sslcert hostnameport={hostname}:{port} certhash={thumbprint} appid={00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} certstore=my
SMTP-Server You will need the SMTP server for using the automated email functionality in the CP-Control Center when creating users or forwarding their login details.
To configure the SMTP server, click the "..." button. Enter the SMTP server connection data and, if desired, specify a user account or a sender. To check your settings, you can send a test email.
Identity Disable network search: If the network search causes problems, it can be disabled here. Pipe communication: This option is for faster communication if CP-Server and the CP-Suite client are on the same system. TCP communication: This option enables communication via Windows user accounts. TCP port: Specify the communication port between CP-Server and the CP-Suite client.
