Display Options

You can adjust the display of the table and its content using the display options. The following display options are available:

Table view

Select the "Table view" option to switch from the hierarchical field structure display to a flat list.

Show zero rows and zero columns

This option shows or hides zero rows and columns. It applies to genuine and calculated zero rows and columns.

Show posting details

If this option is selected, all accounts for which vouchers are available have a black triangle at the top right of the cell. To find out how to display the vouchers, please read the "Drilldown" section.

Subtotals

In the time series view, you can display the subtotals for the selected time span. The selected subtotals (e.g. January-February, January-March, ...) are displayed as additional columns after the respective time step.

Number format (absolute)

Clear the "autoformat" option to define the display of negative values, the factor and the number of decimal places. Select "Display values without formatting" to display the values exactly as they are stored in the data source.
