Drill-down / Drill-through

    

The display of pinned items, which is described in the previous section, contains a drill-down to all available vouchers in the pinned structure and the selected time span.

 

In the table of pinned items, go to the drill-down. Here you will find a list of all the accounts for which vouchers are available.

 

Please note:

In the Reconciliation report, additional options are available to display the historical and current postings and the postings affecting profit for the retained earnings and profit carried forward.

In the "Transaction Number" column, you can click the link to open the respective voucher in a separate tab. To open all the available vouchers in the pinned structure, click the "List of postings" button.

Drill-through

Whereas the drill-down is used for accessing the details of individual postings, the drill-through enables you to analyse how a group account is made up of the accounts of the various individual companies. Click the "Drill-through" button to display the chart of accounts mapping.

Filters

By displaying the respective filters for the drill-down/drill-through/lists of postings, you can narrow down the items listed in all columns.

Maximizing the display

Click the "Maximize" button to display the table of pinned items or the drill-down/drill-through/lists of postings as a separate table (without the structural navigation). To return to the original view, click the "Minimize" button.

Export

You can export the current table view in *.xlsx format (with or without the layout) or *.csv format for further processing. Click the export button and select the desired export format.

The file is then saved to your local Downloads folder in the format you specified.

 

Please note:

Tables can be exported to Microsoft Excel with or without the layout. The export with the layout transfers all the graphic elements in the table to Microsoft Excel. The export without the layout is optimised for displaying the data only and its performance is therefore considerably better. Depending on the Microsoft Excel version you are using, certain graphic elements may be displayed differently in the table.

 

 

Print view

The "Print view" option converts the current view to a PDF.
