Account Journal

Above the display of pinned items, which is described in a previous section, you will find the account journal. The account journal combines the Drill-down/Drill-through functions. In the account journal, you can clearly see the breakdown of a group account with the posting details for companies in it.

You can enable the account journal in the following reports:

Standard report
Detailed report
Column report
Reconciliation report
Derivation report

You can only enable the account journal in groups and subgroups. In individual companies, the account journal is not available.

The file is then saved to your local Downloads folder in the format you specified.

Please note:

Tables can be exported to Microsoft Excel with or without the layout. The export with the layout transfers all the graphic elements in the table to Microsoft Excel. The export without the layout is optimised for displaying the data only and its performance is therefore considerably better. Depending on the Microsoft Excel version you are using, certain graphic elements may be displayed differently in the table.
