Search and Filters

Searching for content

To search through all content items in the portal for a given term, enter the term to be found in the search box at the top of the portal. All items whose name contains the search term will then be displayed. The search is not case-sensitive.

Filtering content

To activate the filter and to display the filter options, click the filter symbol.

Content can be filtered by data source, content type, solution (data source type), favourite and folders (in the Folders view only). Select and combine the desired items for each filter. To delete a filter, click the delete button next to that filter.

The filters in the Web Client portal are hidden by default. If a filter is active, its filter symbol is solid.
