The table toolbar contains the following functions:
Table type To display your structure you can choose from the table types and analyses described above.
When switching from one table type to another, you will be prompted either to save the current view or to discard any changes. To display the selected table type, you can either create a new ad-hoc table or apply the table structure from the current view.
Data streams In the timeline view and the column report, select the desired data stream from the list in the toolbar. In the stream view, the column view and in the analyses, select the data streams in the row definition, the column definition or in the analysis settings.
Currencies To display the table values, you can choose from the currencies defined in the data source. If no currencies have been defined ("none"), the table values will be displayed in the default currency of the data source.
Reloading the view The table reloads automatically whenever your structure, the time settings or the data are changed. To update your data or structure manually, click "Reload" --> "Reload table".
If the plan data in the table have been changed, for instance, by another user's plan, the "Reload" button is enabled and has a green dot. In that case, the values currently displayed are no longer consistent and the dependent logic blocks need to be recalculated. To recalculate the dependent logic blocks, click "Reload" --> "Calculate dependent logic blocks".
Planning functions and cell comments Select the "Edit" option in the toolbar to use the top-down/bottom-up planning and planning across data streams functions in the CP-Tools and to enter cell comments.
Quick selection for organisations With the quick selection controls above the table to the right, it takes just a few clicks to choose the required organisation or a specific account within the current organisation.
Display options To adjust the display of the table, the structure and the values, you can use the options described in the Display Options section.
Hide Navigation Click the "Hide Navigation" button to hide the structural navigation and expand the table or hi-chart graphics view to its maximum size. To return to the original view, click the "Show Navigation" button.
