Grouping the Content

With the grouping setting (bottom right), you can arrange the content according to Data source (name), Content type (table - report - analysis - document - dashboard) or Solution (Operational Management - Financial Management - Sales Management - Documents - Qlik) and sort the items in ascending or descending order. The Folder grouping displays all private and public folders with their respective content.

Layout of the groups

Click one of the three buttons at the bottom of the portal to display the groups vertically (column view), horizontally (line view) or in a list (list view).

The list view displays all content with details of each item. Click the column headers to sort the content in ascending or descending order.
