Login

Open the URL of the Corporate Planner Web Client in one of the supported browsers. Your Administrator will give you the URL. Sign in with a valid CP-Suite user or a Windows account. Users are managed in the CP-Control Center.

Saving a session

To prevent the user session from expiring and the user from being automatically logged out, select the "Save session" option. This will only be cleared after a manual logout. If you close the browser without logging out, you will automatically be logged in again the next time you open the Web Client.

Change password

Passwords can only be changed for CP-Suite users. Enter your user name and click "Change password".

First, enter your current password in the Old password field. Then enter your new password in the New password field, and enter it again in the Repeat new password field to confirm. Finally, click "Change password" to save your new password.

You can also change your password in the User Settings in the Web Client portal.
